Gale Toyota

Sales rep was very kind and honest. Other than that, they offered me considerable less for my trade in than any other dealership. The attitude was if I didn't act right then to their below average offer someone else would take our place in a second. Very poor customer appreciation (especially to a potential new customer)

Derrick was great at explaining things to us, Derrick was patient & kind. Five star to these folks here, couldn't be more convinient buying a car, right in town.

A few weeks ago I went out looking for a RAV4 and went to a couple of Toyota dealers. I went to Gale Toyota and was immediately greeted by Bob Kittell. Bob is truly a fantastic salesman. He was very caring through out the entire process. He originally told me that it was be 4-6 weeks to get my RAV4 but two weeks later he called me and it was at the dealership. I would highly recommend going to Gale Toyota and seeing Bob!

Customer service isn't their strong trait.

I purchased a 2020 Tacoma in 2019 and I cannot complain about the buying process or the service of the vehicle so far. However I refinanced my vehicle in January of this year and approached the dealership to cancel my GAP and extended warranty that was purchased through the initial transaction. The new bank provided another set of those products and had me go to the dealership to have them prorated and refunded. My first initial visit was at the end of July and it is now 11/17 and after numerous trips into the dealership on a nearly month basis as well as many unanswered phone calls the refund is yet to be processed.

On the second visit which was in the beginning of September I was told that it was not processed because of a paperwork issue. The finance manager had me complete appropriate paperwork. Then after following up in October there was no status and she told me that it could take months, even though the dealership is the one who cuts the check. I have made several unanswered calls and feel like I am being dodged. If the refund was only 100 to 200 bucks I would have probably already given up but the products equaled over 2k when purchased. I plan to continue to follow up as I feel they are just stalling to see if I give up. I refuse to let myself go into the dealership and make a scene as I am a first responder and don't need the police being called. But I honestly don't know where to go from here if they just flat out refuse to process it. For customers that may plan on refinancing in the future please stay clear.

Rich and his crew in service are a pleasure to deal with. I bring my 2017 Tundra there and I always have some kind of quirky request. Never an issue always very upfront they do a great job Price is right.
