I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD. DEALERSHIP WENT DOWNHILL SINCE BOB JOHNSON TOOK OVER. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS!!! UNBELIEVABLE TIME TO WAIT FOR SERVICE. "SERVICE GUY WAS TAKEN OFF JOB FOR SOMETHING"??? NO SORRY I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 1/2 HOURS ALREADY AND THAT AINT GOING TO FLYBWITH ME. SERVICE CHECKINS DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON. I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Had issues with vehicle from get go but they took care of me

UPDATED*** While their customer service wasn't bad this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to this location and was there for 2 hours or more.

Today I went in for a routine oil change and asked for them to check my transmission fluid. I was told I needed maintenance. I was quoted $400. I couldn't stay and have it done when their only promise was "it would be done by end of day" and I'm glad. No one was even able to tell me if the fluids were low. When I asked the receptionist if it was serious she said "yes it's pretty serious". I had another appointment to get to so I scheduled an appointment for another date.When my quote was printed suddenly there was a reason I needed to have the service done. Which started my suspicion.

After I left I thought that $400 sounded high and called multiple mechanics which were all agreed $400 was too much for a routine transmission flush. As a matter of fact, the highest quote I received was $250 with "the largest vehicle IF they had to drop the pan". They also said my vehicle make and model usually doesn't need change for another 8-10,000 miles (I'm at 71k) so the urgency that was pushed on me today was unnecessary. I will not return nor do I recommend anyone take their vehicle here for maintenance.

UPDATE: I took my vehicle to another shop to have the transmission checked and I was told that it was COMPLETELY unnecessary because the fluids looked new and were full. They said "any transmission work would've been a waste of money and resources because it seems like it was JUST done. I am 1000% confident this jeep dealership was trying to scam me out of $400.

Made an appt. for an open recall, was told when I got there, may have to keep it overnight, so why did I have to make an appt?? They fixed the recall in a timely manner, so they say, but wouldn't or couldn't answer any of my questions. They were however very good at pushing the diagnostic test for $99.95! Not Impressed....? Issues not resolved!!!

Recently purchased 2 vechiles from them....the overall experience was great. I've sent at least 8 of my friends and family there..that have purchased vechiles ..was told I would be receiving bird dog checks. Well it's been months and months excuse after excuse....I sold cars for over 10 years and lived off referrals and previous customers. Apparently they don't appreciate the referrals I've sent to them.

We leased our Jeep through them and had a great experience. But their service department is MAJORLY lacking. We made an appointment for an oil change and 2 hours later were still waiting for our vehicle. We used them because it was free with our lease, but I could have changed it faster.
