I arrived at Future Hyundai in Concord after all the technicians had already left for the day, but Marcos, the service advisor, still went above and beyond. He personally came out to take a look at my car, didn’t rush the conversation, and immediately scheduled me an appointment for the very next morning.

The entire staff was professional, helpful, and efficient — I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Seriously impressive service from start to finish.

Hands down the best Hyundai dealership I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a team that actually takes care of you.

Amazing customer service in their service department. Bianca was helping me, she was extremely kind and not pushy at all. I just came in for an oil change and she didn’t make me feel like I needed all the extra service items most dealerships push on people. I would absolutely recommend them and will be happy to bring my palisade back here in the future. They also washed my car and were very timely about everything.

Fast and easy, very good customer service

Horrible experience. Test drive was fine, but they wouldn't give ANY pricing unless I was willing to have my credit pulled, which I wasn't willing to do yet. Then they became unhelpful and confrontational (putting it nicely).
