Tyler Council & Froze-N-Time Productions foremost intention is to bring superior quality and creativity displayed through their work ranging from feature films, short films, music videos, documentaries, TV pilots, commercials and live events.

Tyler Council has received a bachelors degree in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has worked professionally in the industry with companies such as DVI Inc. (Digital Video Images Inc.), AMA Video Productions, SFL Chronicle, RocBox, & Advanced Radio Network doing everything from videographer, editor, writer, director, & producer for these companies. Founder Tyler Council is also a United States Coast Guard Veteran and holds his degree of professionalism to the highest standard in any situation.
