Ordered my parts needed and got my car in quick. Transparent with what I needed and the cost, great service!

Got a used car was nice was raining we were forced to pay 199 for air in tires and some bs premaplate to get the deal bank said it wasn't required for loan but dealer said it was crocks found a bunch of stuff wrong took it back and they say wait till your warranty kicks in no you should be fixing it it was 5 days ago we got it. And the $199 air all the tires were different pressures and one was 10lbs off. Basically got the car traded in and turn right around and sold it never check a thing I'm pretty sure they didn't change the oil or do anything to it. Best part the permaplate wasn't even applied to the suv and we asked and didn't want it was still forced to buy it. And $199 for air in tires is highway robbery it's all bs for the dealer to get more money put of the sale the permaplate garage as well you want a real graphene coating it's going to cost alot more and they atlease paint correct your paint first. In all be careful when buying a car from here they will force you to pay for stuff you really don't want and isn't even on the car and air that's the best they didn't put crap in the tires just went by the green caps but will up date I'm havin the air and the oil tested and we will see who is telling the truth already know but the premaplate is trash a spray on and wipe off 30 min protector bs

Friendship gave us a fair price for our trade in. The salesman showed us how to navigate all the computer programs. The truck was prepared and ready for us to take delivery and the service manager took time to answer my service questions.
