Add ReviewPosted this to their seperate Fiat google maps profile, but seeing how they are the same people: Deceptive practices, Javi the finance manager intentionally misrepresented costs and his add ons. He told us optional things like swat GPS or a lease wear and tear option were required, and that they were included in the base price of the vehicle. Those options are not included come to find out, they are also in fact options. There are too many things to even type out here, and its kind of embarrassing to have been so thoroughly taken advantage of... If you buy here be VERY careful as they are predatory. Read everything and have them put anything they say in writing about things being required, or free, or included in the base price so you don't get taken advantage of.Report

Diagnosed and fixed issue with Catalyst system on my Cummins Diesel Truck. Randy communicated with us promptly with issue, and when it would be ready.
I like to thank Craig for being courteous and working with us on the recall on our car.Report
I’ve been a customer of the Finnegan family for over 20 years. I refuse to purchase any where else. They are trustworthy and dependable.Report
New 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less than 3,200 miles, has failed four times and has now been in the service shop totaling 30 plus days. This vehicle has stalled on busy streets and most recently lost all power steering control (steering wheel locked) while entering Hwy 41 from the Friant on ramp almost resulting in an accident. Each time the vehicle is returned, multiple codes are scanned ranging from service shifter to loss of communication between critical functions. The service department seems to be having a difficult time properly repairing this vehicle. The communication between Fresno Dodge and the Jeep cooperation has been lacking. My safety concerns with this vehicle are not being taken seriously, it’s very disappointing. Buyer Beware!!Report
I have a squeaky, rattling glide hinge on the side door of my caravan. I just wanted to ask someone for suggestions. "Sure! $225" there was a day when asking/answering questions was a courtesy not a commodity.Report
Horrrible horrible horrible. Made us pay 245 to diagnose the vehicle, to just turn the check engine light off and say “well we drove it around the check engine light didn’t turn back on” well no shit… you didn’t even try to fix the electrical issue that the reader gave you.. all they did was erase the cc heck engine light. Then we take it back for a second time… oh we have to change the fuel filter when clearly they told us at the beginning that there is a electrical shortage somewhere which was the code it brought up the first time. they wanted to charge us over 500 because the filter change isn’t under Warrenty but the electrical is. However in order for the to “fix” it they have to change the filters first.. like what? So we changed it out self for half the price and now they want to charge us again 245 to diagnose it knowing the code that the machine already gave them! they never even fixed the issue in the first place. Sounds like there just out here trying to take money and not even fix a dam thing! Worst customer service.. this isn’t the first time we have delt with them either. Always trying to screw people over.!Report
