Add ReviewWe unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. As a people pleasing millennial, it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I placed an order for pickup online through their website and arrived at the time it told me too it would be ready (about 25 mins after ordering). Upon entering I noticed there was only one guy working and a a family of four seated other than that it was empty. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for quite some time and had to speak up and say I was picking up an order Togo. He went an looked at an iPad and said "it didn't give me a notification" unapologetically without offering any solution. I asked how long it would be he said 15 mins which I agreed to wait wait that time. I came back in 15 mins later and he hadn't even put in my second pizza yet. Proceeded to wait another 15 mins (arrived at 7:30 didn't leave till 8:05). He then handed me my pizzas but not my salad I also ordered. When I asked about it he said "did the refund not go through?" Even though he never told me he needed to refund or offered an explanation why it needed to be refunded. The only reason for the 2 stars and not 0 is because the pizza was pretty good but not good enough for the lack of service I received.Report
First time here at Frenchie Pizza and aside from the delicious pizza options. The customer service is AMAZING!! Devin and his teammate were super attentive and warm. Their energy is unmatched. I ordered to pick up and ended up eating in! He recommended what pizza I should get. Super satisfied!Report
Frenchie used to be very good. The first time I ate here I would have rated it five stars the second time I would have rated it four the third I would have rated it three. You're probably noticing a trend here. unfortunately the quality is gone steeply downhill since it first opened and I don't see myself coming back in the future. The crust now tastes distinctly overworked and undercooked giving it a unpleasantly chewy quality. There's also a weird lingering bitterness I cannot I identify.Report

The first time coming here since the change in business. The decor hasn't changed much overall, but the food was great. We got the alpine and the butcher, and although both were good, the butcher was better. Will be coming back.Report
We were looking for something to have for dinner and my son wanted to try this pizza. The two guys working there were very friendly and hard working. The pizza and desert we got were delicious and light. We had to wait for a bit but they had many orders to work on so it's understandable with only two people working. We'll definitely be going back soon.Report
This place is amazing! The vibe is perfect. The staff made me feel like family. They treated my kids so well. Even gave them some pizza dough to play with! The Flammes are to die for! Everything tasted so fresh! And Happy Hour! Wow this is definitely my new Happy hour spot! If you want delicious food and drinks this is the spot!Report
