Just purchased a Crosstrek. Yuliya Shvartsman was a delight to deal with. No games or hard sell. Since we ordered the car and didn’t buy right off the lot, she kept us posted during the entire process. This is our 3rd Subaru and have been customers for over 20 years. Love everyone here. Tim Rother, our service writer, was very efficient and conscientious when providing a clear review of the service. John DePalma was unusually helpful and knowledgeable during the set up and programming of our preferences into the car system. I highly recommend this dealership.
