Sonny and staff were amazing help in getting me into something bigger. I came in looking for something different but I was put into a brand new Ford bronco outer banks edition that I am extremely pleased with. Thanks to the awesome staff and most importantly sonny for being not only a great salesman but a great person and looking out for a customer. An easy buying experience for sure. May I add this is the second vehicle purchased from them.

Terrible service department. Had to call manufacturer multiple times because it took them an entire month to get recalled door locks after service manager tried to weasel out of a RECALL. To top it all off my back passenger door handle was broken during the repair and they did not replace it every time you pull on it it pops off. The only reason I haven't brought my car back to have the handle fixed is because the service manager is so damn smug I'm afraid I might leave in a set of handcuffs.

Everyone at the dealership was very warm and friendly, but we never felt any "sales pressure" at all. Albra Stocks was our salesman, and I'm happy to be able to recommend him personally. If you go to Riverside Ford and Albra is not available, I can honestly say you will be served well by any of the sales staff.. they are that nice. A real pleasure to do business with those people!!

The Best little town Ford dealer around. Havelock ford helped me get a car that was right in my budget. Then I when back and got a truck a couple years later. Thier vehicles are dependable and reliable.

Great customer service at Riverside Ford!!

Albra found the exact vehicle we wanted in a couple hours (2025 Explorer ST). Since they just came out they are pretty hard to find. Got a great price, completed all the paper work in less than an hour and we were off. Amazing customer service and the process was easy. Thank you again!
