I bought my third vehicle from Riverside a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic experience as expected. I worked with Albra Stocks, who did a great job helping to find exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't in stock on their lot. Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process. I really appreciate that this carries over to their service department as well. Its worth it to me to drive to them from New Bern for the professional and well oiled machine that their business seems to be.

I came in a few weeks ago to test drive a specific used vehicle this dealership had after doing a LOT of research on it beforehand. It took less than a minute to get my salesman to agree to go on a test drive as I had limited time that day and was on a mission. It was in great shape and had a lifetime powertrain warranty offered by the dealership which obviously is a huge selling point for anyone interested in a vehicle for longer than a couple of years.

I ended up loving the vehicle, spent very little time negotiating before coming to a number I was happy with, then spent even less time in the finance office as the finance manager was super transparent and helpful the entire time. Do your research beforehand, understand what different pieces of the auto buying process are and what particular pieces you need for the exact auto purchase you're about to make beforehand, and do your research for weeks or even months before and you'll leave much more satisfied in your purchase. The process may be mostly the same at every dealership, but Riverside Ford was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout each step in order to get me into the exact car I was seeking.
