Fred Frederick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Easton is THE ONLY PLACE WHAT HAS EVER TREATED US SO NICE AND CONTACTED US EVEN AFTER OUR PURCHASE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR VEHICLE! This dealership is a GEM!
We have been in transportation business for 20 years and we have bought vehicles from many dealers but NOBODY has ever been so professional and thoughtful!
We found the vehicle listed for sale on Chase’s Facebook Marketplace and contacted him right away. His response was immediate and he promised that he will wait on me to meet him at 1 PM and keep the vehicle for us. He kept his man’s word and the vehicle was waiting on me at their parking lot. Pictures and condition description were 100% accurate! Brandon was the salesman who assisted us and he was so polite and so helpful and so respectful!
Everyone was friendly! We highly appreciate that they answered all our questions, communicated so well, were highly respectful and helpful! Chase is awesome! He has such a personal care of us as customers and I am so thankful that I got the chance to know him!
We are extremely happy with our vehicle and we will absolutely ALWAYS make business with them because they are very fair and professional and we truly trust them!
They are really a dealership which runs the business with care of the customer satisfaction!

What a wonderful experience myself, mother and grandfather lives in DE we heard from family and friends about Fred Frederick and when I tell you I would recommend this spot I mean it! Let’s get right into it!

I had a headlamp light out in September 2022, I typically take my car across the bridge where I purchased it brand new, and have had zero issues with the Dodge dealer across the bridge. However, I was headed to the airport for vacation and stopped her to get a replacement bulb, at least that is what was told to me. I paid and the service was quick, the female service advisor adhered to my travel time. I shared with her that this location was closer as I reside in the area now that I will be back for more services. I was happy to find someone closer.
Additionally, I came back to get an oil change from a mopar package deal which consists of three oil changes and three tire rotations for $250. The service manager who is the only service manager who you will hear me speak a lot about here told me this location doesn’t honor packages. I later called the Dodge dealer across the bridge and they told me it’s not a location it’s a mopar package. I believe the service manager's name is Russel.
With that said, I purchased 4 new tires from them and later found out that the tires were DOT 2021 and 2022 tires when I purchased them in March 2023, which recently begin to dry rot in Jjne 2024.
Hence, , the light blew again and I went back to Russel, who gave me a hard time and held my day up checking serial numbers, etc. as if I have went under the hood to remove a light bulb, causing my day to be exasperated. Moreover, his character is very rude and seems a bit bias and drawn back how he treats certain people vs. seeing him interact with others. He has no customer service skills and treats people different, and that’s my feelings.
Similarly, he replaced the bulb and stated had to get it from advance auto zone. I paid $100 plus dollars , why would I want advance bulb. Where’s the dodge bulb for my car¿ Later to find out that bulb went out again. Nevertheless, at this point I wen to advance and bought my own bulb at this point and when I had someone to put it in they told me that I didn’t need it that the bulbs were loose in a nature and to return the bulb.
There’s alot of things wrong and just plain horrifying here the way I was treated:
1. Very poor customer service no compassion
2. Treat customers different
3. Leaving bulbs loose for me to buy more bulbs
4. Giving me outdated tires and charging me top dollar for them
If this isn’t a rip off then what is. This isn’t the American way to do business.
I then called to speak to the owner about a lot of my concerns who apologized and asked if I would come back and ask for him. No thank you sir. I will not come back and have to ask for an owner of a company to just receive a service . You should have people in place to make people feel comfortable and welcomed to come back.

1. *Misinformation and Poor Service*: I visited for a headlamp replacement in September 2022 and was told I needed a new bulb. However, the service manager, Russel, later claimed they don't honor package deals, contradicting the Dodge dealer across the bridge.
2. *Outdated Tires*: I purchased four new tires in March 2023, only to discover they were DOT 2021 and 2022 tires, not the latest models.
3. *Repeated Headlamp Issues*: The headlamp bulb blew again, and Russel gave me a hard time, questioning my integrity. He replaced the bulb with one from Advance Auto Zone, charging me over $100.
4. *Loose Bulbs*: When I had someone install a new bulb, they found the existing bulbs were loose, indicating a larger problem.
5. *Poor Customer Service*: Russel showed no compassion, treated.

I'm disappointed in the way I was treated and service I received. I won't return to this dealership if they gave me a million dollars of service. I suggest others be cautious. The owner apologized, but it's too late. A company should have people in place to ensure customer satisfaction, not require customers to ask for the owner.

We was traveling from Florida to Newark, Delaware. Stopping in Trappe, Maryland to bury my brother. Our Chrysler Van started acting up. My husband called Chrysler dealers in Newark on July 28, 2024 no one could get us in till August 6th. . On way to cemetery on July 29th I called Fred Frederick's. The beautiful young girl working behind desk in repair section was able to get us in. It was the racket,/ pinion this is to do with the steering. Thank God for her and the mechanics Charlie and Linda

What a wonderful experience I had with Fred Frederick in Easton. …. As a small business owner I know what it means for customer service satisfaction… Ross and Chase made our experience so much more exciting and enjoyable….. I bought a 2024 Ram 3500 Dulley to tow our fifth wheel. The knowledge Ross had on the Ram truck was outstanding.
Talk about customer service , since I bought the truck I have spoken to Ross and Chase numerous times for additional assistance. Without hesitation they have assisted me with ordering add ons etc etc

With that said i HIGHLY recommend Fred Frederick of Easton - and if you go there ask for Ross and Chase you will not be disappointed..

So today I want into this dealer ship to get service done on my jeep like always. One of my head lights was out and I ask them to look at it. When they called me to inform me on the situation with the light they made it seem like they was replacing the whole light system. Come to find out they only replaced the bulb and charged me $500 to do so. After I seen the paperwork and was already charged I ask to speak to a manager and the guy that I spoke with was very rude and told me there was nothing they can do. The young lady’s I spoke with was very nice and impolite and tried to help me. And the guy came again and keep telling me there was nothing to do. I show The guy, the price of the bulb online which was only $35 but yet they charge me $500 to replace my light bulb. Very unsatisfied and definitely won’t be taking my service back to this place no more if I don’t get my money back because this is a little ridiculous.

My wife and I live in the Outer Banks NC. We were on a road trip to Baltimore for a family wedding when the wife decided it would be a good time to buy her a new car. It wasn't really a "good time"...but happy wife, happy life. We stopped in and she ended up buying a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited. All the staff was very helpful and made the purchase as smooth as possible. We are now back home...and my wife loves her Jeep.
