Gary was honestly horrible. Don't be fooled by these reviews. He couldn't bother to return countless emails and calls regarding severe issues with my vehicle within a week of purchase. I'm so upset I'm out of so much money because of repairs that I had to do or the truck would have been 5x as much to fix and completely unable to drive . Over 2,700 I had to spend. No Christmas this year :(

Purchased a used truck from them just 2 weeks ago. While i was purchasing the truck, they were great. Very friendly and willing to work with me. But as soon as I start having problems with the truck, I cant get a hold of my sales man, Gary. I emailed, called and left messages for him until it was too late. My truck was leaking gear oil from the rear differential pretty bad, so I had to take it in to get the diff cover replaced, or i would have blown up the differential. While it was in the shop, they found that the cv axle boots were shredded and throwing grease everywhere, both front wheel bearings are bad, and the brake pads were basically disintegrated, leaving the rotors damaged as well. Basically this truck that passed their "inspection" was very unsafe for me to be driving on the road.

Then finally i get a hold of the finance manager, and he basically tells me that they won't help me at all because i went to an outside shop, and he doesnt know if they lied about the work that needed to be done. So now im out $2,500 because i couldn't get a hold of Gary. I will not be returning to them.
Or  Recommending them. So disappointed

I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Crystal is an amazing person. Super helpful, and makes the car buying process easier than i ever experienced
