I had an amazing experience with this dealership even if it was all remote and handled via phone and email! I had the honor of working with sales manager David Altman. His service was stellar and it was like he was right there with me every step of the way in helping me getting my dream car that was in their lot. They made the process very simple and straight forward. I wasn't given the go around or hit with any hidden fees. I had a great experience like I said. Like I told Dave when I spoke to him last over the phone, "Its a beautiful thing when you can build trust and relationships even in cases where we've never even met in person" I was never left in the dark. .and buying a car out of state in which I have never done before was a bit scary I'm not gonna lie. Terrible been a loyal Customer for many years bought and payed for aleast 8 vehicles but they could not help me when the chips were down bit drove to Chevy dealer where I have never been had no problem getting me in a new vehicle to lower my payments I'm battling cancer so needed to down size thanks for your no loyalty

To whom it may concern at Joplin Toyota Fletcher
I purchased a used Toyota Prius on November 21, 2024.
I want you to know that a young man by the name of Josh Stirewalt was the salesman who sold me this car. He was the most professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable salesman I have ever seen. He went beyond the call of duty, set me up for a complete detail a week later, and came in on his day off to be with me when I arrived and drove my car to the detailer. He was going to stay with me, but I insisted he take the day off work. He called me a week later to ask if I was happy with the car's detailed cleaning.
I served in the military for 31 years, and I knew he was also a veteran because he used the words “Yes, Sir, and No, Sir” quite often. That also shows me respect.
In the meantime, I have given Josh’s name to other people who might be interested in owning the number one car in America: the Toyota Prius!
Mr. Frank Fletcher, you have hired many good, courteous gentlemen and ladylike people over the years. My family and I have been members of your family at Toyota for many years. I just wanted to point out one of your exceptional car salesmen.

In my note from yesterday, I failed to mention that my identical twin, Ron Mosbaugh, and I have each owned a Toyota Prius since 2017, as have other family members. We have not had one problem as long as we have maintained them with the Toyota service department. I mentioned we spent 31 years in the Navy and Marines from 1962 to 1993. We have lived in the Joplin area most of our lives.

I had a great experience buying from Dave and Wes. It was my first out of state purchase and everything went smoothly. I was out of the dealership and on my way to Texas in a little over an hour.
