Frank Fletcher Ford Lincoln

We loved the entire experience at Fletcher Ford. We just bought our second vehicle from them and would recommend them to everyone we know. Bryant Venson was our salesman and we couldn't have been taken care of better. Thank you Bryant and the entire Fletcher team for helping us get into such a beautiful truck.

I was notified by ford that my 2017 had a recall idem and to take it to nearest ford dealership for repairs. I called made an appointment that fletcher set after getting the parts for the recall. Took the truck in the nite b4. At noon the next day they called and said that ford sent the wrong parts. They re-ordered the correct parts re-scheduled another appointment for the following Monday. Service told me it would be ready the next day. Next day they said it would be ready the next day this has gone on for an entire week. When i questioned the lenght of time the truck had been there the service guy just laughed. I have 2 ford vehicles that I've always had fletcher service for. Till now. Wouldn't take a bicycle to them again

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Bryant and Kyle! Bryant was extremely patient and very thorough explaining the car buying process to this newbie! You get the whole package with Bryant, honesty, no hassle, knowledgeable and fast! Kyle was great at explaining the finances end of things and definitely helped ease my nerves! I'll definitely be buying here again!

This place has great customer service. Our sales associate Bryant Venson helped us find the perfect truck for us. Very informative and friendly! I love the truck we got.

Watch for over charges. Have been charged for an extra quart of oil when coupon included 6 quarts. I was quickly refunded the over charge.

Update: I feel what was written missed represented what I wanted to get across. What happened was equipment issues and not an issue with the Service Advisor. This person wS doing all they could to get things straight. But equipment problems talking with network server at times can really slow down the process when it is a high usage network time of day. All the Service Advisors and Techs that assist me here are great people. Just an equipment issue isn't how the company or employees conduct business. I stiil conduct my business here and will continue.

Told salesman numerous times to not run my credit over and over and was told that wouldnt happen. Now i have 6 hard inquries on my credit report. Thanks Fletcher Ford for screwing up my credit for the next 2 years!

Please be careful and watch out for the promises and good guy attitude:( Bought a new 2021 F-150 3 weeks ago, started having rear deferential problems and I have tried to call over a week to them to have it fixed or replace the vehicle and can't even get them to return my call. Very dishonest in my eyes. Next step BBB and word of mouth!!!

This place needs more sells man / woman like Marcus Walker. Make sure you reach out to him I see him going places in the future at Frank Fletchers.
If it wasn't for his customer service and actual care for his customers I would have never purchased my 2020 F150 Raptor. 5 stars for Marcus. 5 for service and 4.9 for management. Going to experience the Raptor Assault Aug 2021. Thanks Frank Fletcher Ford!
