It’s been a battle, one gentleman Alex was awesome. And at first it seemed like a great dealership. Of course like any dealership there where lies coming from them that where easily spotted, trying to get paper work in a timely manner was the worse I’ve never had to wait so long for paper work. The lack of communication was also a let down. You would think buying a new vehicle who ever is doing the paper work would be on top of it but not here. I felt like it was a fight and worry sum about it and didn’t give me a good feeling of an unknown unsure type. There were some good but having to call and complain about issues just to get them resolved isn’t right. After this experience this will probably be my first and last ford I buy. Especially from this dealer, if I had the chance to do it all over again from the start I would of went somewhere else,
