I called a month in advance for a moving on 5/31/21. Got a quote, they asked for pictures. They said the date was open. I did not hear from them and no contract, so I called them Only to find out yesterday, 5/8 that "Sorry, we are booked. That is not professional, I now have to rush and find some other company. I am helping My daughter, a single mother of two who have to move that day. Not cool. And they had good reviews. So sad and disappointed. Good luck to you all. If you know of a good moving company from Miami to Cape Coral please let me know

We have used Frank and Sons for several moves over the years as we have moved around Cape Coral several times. We recommended them to my parents, and some friends over the years and all of us have been extremely happy with their service. The crew has always been careful, courteous and patient with us as sometimes we don't know exactly where we want our stuff until it gets brought through the door, lol. They always have the proper tools and equipment to handle anything you need. They are experienced movers and can manage getting everything where it needs to go. We recently moved our business as well, and Frank and Sons handled a large amount of big filing cabinets and huge flat file drawer cabinets for maps and plans we use in our business. The owner, Jim, is a pleasure to deal with and has always given us an estimate and sticks to it. No hidden or extra fees ever. We recommend Frank and Sons highly for both residential and commercial moves.

Rick and his crew did a great job! They were very helpful all day. They worked very hard for 8 hours. Definitely recommend them.

Terrible service via phone--old woman with raspy smokers voice and no phone etiquette wanted nothing to do with a quote, asked my moving date first and was quick to tell me she had nothing until 5 days after with no follow up or offer to call if anyone cancels etc. This company had good reviews and was a promising option but lost this sale based on that call.

Sorry you feel that way and you were asked date first, The truth is that is our policy. First question what day are you moving - then we know if we service you properly. We are already booked out 2-4 weeks in advance. WE don't over book or make any promises we cant keep, both office woman smoke and yes they are older then some but they have serviced our company fine for over 25 years with great reviews.

Edit: finally spoke with the manager. This issue was never resolved. This is a family-run business. I told the manager about the woman who had mis-quoted me and who was incredibly offensive and rude to me on the phone. She is the managers sister and he refused to listen to my frustrations. I hope things have changed. I’ve never dealt with such an unethical business in my life.

I truly wish this move went better. We were referred by a friend and had an awful customer service issue. We were told there was a 3 hour minimum and a $15 mileage charge. The guys completed the job in 3 hours. To my understanding that would make the total $330. Unfortunately Donna was incredibly rude to me and insisted that she's been doing this job for 30+ years and she guaranteed me that she told us about the extra hour drive time charge. My total w/ tax was almost $460. I'm so upset because she refused to reimburse us. I told her that I did NOT want to have to write a negative review, or report their company to the BBB. She said "I don't care, do it! Don't call here again, I'm not reimbursing you". The owner is out of the office today. I'm waiting to be in touch with him to voice my frustrations :(

This Review was out of spite her husband works with our sales person boy friend and when quoted she was told there was a travel time hour plus a two hour work min which was 330.00 but here move took 3 hour work and the hour travel time. We Don't charge a tax on moving services, Bad reviews usually only come about when customers have been wronged this move went great no damage and the customer only heard what she wanted to hear. Frank and Sons Moving and Storage has 38 year in SW Florida we would not here this long wronging customers or have a A+ rating with the BBB if we did our job wrong.

Frank and sons were professional, hard working and were very organized and quick.
I highly recommend them. There prices were great also. Call them!

We just moved from Florida to Maryland late July 2020 with Frank and Sons of Cape Coral. The process was easy with a prompt in person estimate by Donna and excellent office arrangements with Robin. We ended up paying less than the estimate and getting our furniture sooner than expected.
