Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

Very beautiful location. Lunch at the seaway restaurant is great food and the ocean views are amazing.

I stay at many four seasons Worldwide and thought this particular hotel was very cute. They have pink and green accents throughout the property which is VERY Palm Beach. The best parts of the hotel was the morning breakfast at Florie's, the amazing poolside views, and the experiences they have throughout the day cooking side food at the pool; shmores by the pool, and margaritas. I use a wheelchair, and what I really loved about this hotel is that they actually have a mini wooden walk way all the way to beach which made the beach accessible for manual wheelchair users. My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was such a beautiful time having dinner at Florie's. They are also dog friendly! I was able to bring my two chihuahuas and they made them feel right at home with their dog bowls and dog treats. Special shoutout to Amy who is an assistant manager of the concierge/front desk/ guest relations who assisted with anything we needed. We may very well make the Four Seasons Palm Beach are permanent Thanksgiving weekend staple.

Exceptional service! While the prices are undoubtedly high, the level of service here truly sets it apart as one of the best Four Seasons I’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, making it well worth the cost. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the outstanding service more than compensates. The beaches are stunning, and I would gladly return. Having stayed at other five-star hotels in the area, this one is by far my favorite. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Is this the best 4 seasons? No, but it is still very nice. The location and amenities are great with free beach and pool chairs. The food is hot or miss. The main restaurant has bad food hit the beach side one had amazing food. Drinks are good but waaaayyy over priced and there is a $5 mixing charge. Not that most people staying here care. Rooms are comfortable but a little dated. The bathroom had a small toilet and with the door it looks like they can't get a bigger one. That all said the service was always great every step of the way. in the US, 4 seasons has no equal in their quality of service.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The bedding was cloud-like, the room layout was intuitive, and the bathroom was spa-worthy. What really stood out was how the staff remembered our preferences after just one day - from our favorite breakfast table to our preferred newspaper. The location couldn't have been better, and the overall ambiance was serene yet sophisticated.

This place is a hidden Gem. Outside of the city traffic, hustle and bustle. Quiet, and peaceful. Staff is awesome.
