I visited Philadelphia for a quick overnight trip to attend a concert with friends. When I realized that my friends were each celebrating major milestones (job promotion and 50th birthday) around the same time as my visit, I decided to cancel my booking at a different hotel so that we could “go big” despite our short time together. I communicated with Four Seasons Philadelphia management in advance, and they were so gracious and helpful. They provided us with a complimentary room upgrade and coordinated a surprise birthday celebration that delighted my friends and was above and beyond what I expected. Our suite, the pool, and the common spaces were all gorgeous. Everyone on staff, from the front door to reception, pastry department, room service and housekeeping, was efficient and helpful. I look forward to visiting again, and plan to stay for a proper trip!

I definitely have to come back again. I had an amazing time with my coworkers and got to meet some new people. The drinks and food was amazing. Excellent customer service.

Worst stay of my life!!!! They advertise to be dog and children friendly and are absolutely not!! The manager of the hotel is so rude! I have never had a bad experience at any hotel before but this was out of the world bad vibes and unfriendly with extremely bad service!!!
