Failed to deliver what you promised.
You ignored emails, never chased up any enquiries and let everything just float along without a care in the world.
As an accountant it's your duty to look after my interests. Happy to take £80 a month for nothing though!

Full refund??? You gave me back 1 months refund. You took over £700 and didn't submit anything to HMRC.

Hello John,
You have been given a full refund of monthly fee from day one without question although we have delivered the full service to you.We have read your review but it came after we resigned from your assignment and I think you did not like it. You still wanted us be your accountant as you mentioned in your email. Communciation is a key to our business we have systems in place to do this. The reason we resigned from your job was lack of responses from you and when you notified of this over the phone, you were abusive towards our staff and used racial slur and swearing. Thats not acceptable. We are not sorry to let you go.
However, we have further strenghtened our systems to avoid having clients likes of you.
