We recently had a flat tire after a nail entered the sidewall of the tire. I called our service rep Kirks McCoy at Ft Worth Audi and he immediately took care of the issue and had the car back us in the afternoon. Great friendly customer service!Report

I Love ?? Audi Fort Worth in the New Location. Convenient and easy to get to. My service guy is usually Kirks and he's very kind and caring. The whole Service Advisor team is actually great as aanyone around will always make sure I or other customers get taken care of. I may be ready for another car like I currently have, a 2020 with 76000 miles on it. Still drives like it's new! Thanks AudiReport
