I cannot recommend the service department at Audi Fort Worth enough! Every visit has been incredibly seamless, from scheduling my appointments to picking up my car. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently.

The communication throughout the process is excellent—they keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and provide clear explanations of any necessary work. The waiting area is also comfortable and well-equipped, making the entire experience stress-free.

Wasn’t pleased , no communication on my car for repair they told me they were going to pick up the bill and when I get their they wanted me to pay partial of the repair and I had a receipt for my rental and they wanted to make it right but never did

The Service team is fantastic. They are very efficient to listen to my concerns and do all they can to find the solution. I’m impressed that even though they could not replicate the sound I was hearing, they were still able to diagnose and repair. Always friendly and the atmosphere is clean and spacious while I waited.
