Very smooth buying experience. The dealership communicated very well, kept me up to date every step along the way and responded to all inquiries.

Having relocated to the Carolinas, this service center has been my choice for servicing my Explorer.

All my experiences have been positive. The staff and service were very professional.

To date, I have spent close to 7,000 overall, without complaints.

However , today, they introduced me to a rather questionable financial practice.

Now, I will have to determine whether or not to do anything about it...

This is the third time I have called Ford Dealership for the parts department specifically on a Friday and EACH time I have to call NUMEROUS of times in the morning and then after lunch yet no one picks up! I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a Friday and they don’t want to work before the weekend but living only 5 mins away it’s a convenient way to order parts for my business. Now I have to travel to Rock Hill Ford so get my parts because they are actually working!

Sammy was great the entire process. Waited 4 months for my Bronco and he kept me updated and the process was quick and easy.

Had a fantastic time and bought my first ever truck! William was a fantastic help and walked me through through the process very easily. 10/10 recommend. Would purchase another vehicle from location.

I would personally recommend Middleton as a salesman to anyone looking for a vehicle. I wish every dealership had someone just like him! He made mine and my fiancés experience perfect!

Check-in went smoothly, friendly & professional, appreciated being kept informed on the progress of work being done while I waited in a comfy spacious waiting room with complimentary snacks & a clean bathroom available. Check out was efficient & paperwork provided.

The job (all recalls on our Ford fusion, a hybrid that we recommend) took less time than anticipated & cost nothing so not sure how prices will be for repairs in future but I'll give them a try because of this positive visit.
