Lie to me just to make me come in. And no car in stock. Even they say they have 2 at initial call. They do not care to waste your time. A wing and a prayer is all they hope that you forget their lies and out of Prostration that you stupidity buy a car from them.

The salesman named Marco was extremely rude! I do not recommend going to that dealership! I ended going to Toyota in Victoria, and purchasing a brand new 2022 Corolla for a little more that the 2020 at Fort Bend. Marco was even throwing paperwork at my husband.. Total a horrible experience!

This is for my used car experience. I found a 2008 Lexus IS-F from this dealer towards the end of last year. I sent in all my information in advance. Texted the salesman and sent him a picture of my flight information confirming my one way ticket. I asked him to have the paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I flew in from Orlando and arrived to zero paperwork ready, had to ask the test drive the car in the finance office, and lastly uncovered a number of broken issues with the car.

I asked the salesman what was wrong with the car prior to flying in.... fully expecting it to have some issues as it's an older car. His response was nothing it wrong with it. Okay. The moment I see the car the front bumper has been repainted and is cracked, the rear bumper has a crack, the headlights aren't even plugged in, the speaker system is shot, and the valve cover is leaking.

So much for "nothing is wrong". Knowing full well that I'm about to drive this car from Houston to Orlando I hit the road and once I get on highway speeds...... two of the wheels are bent.

Let's talk about the Salesman. He thought it would be a great idea to chat with me about his political beliefs AND shared that he thinks COVID is a bunch of BS. Great. Not understanding that my job is supporting COVID response as a leader for a large company. So on top of wasting my time with zero documentation ready to go i have to listen to this dude share his personal beliefs with me which are the complete opposite of mine. Okay.

Next is the icing on the cake. The finance guy. This guy is just a complete joke. Fast talking and talks over you (it's a tactic). Any true dealership will make money in the finance office selling you products that are literally worthless. Do yourself a favor and tell him right when you walk in you don't want anything extra. If he keeps talking over you just leave.

Both of these examples are a direct reflection on the leadership at this location. Protect yourself, your family, and your finances and find a different dealership.

Side note. I used Toyota as the lender just to score the good deal but I'm planning on just paying off the loan in cash to screw them over since they screwed me out of at least $3k in undisclosed damages.

Just got off the phone at 750am with a service scheduler for an oil change. Her tone of voice said it all. I told her i needed the latest time for an oil change since i get off late from work. She told me not to come in after 4pm if i wanted an oil change. Im not leaving early from work for an oil change because i can't. Ill just go back to Joe Myers Toyota where they want my business and are willing to work with me. Hope that service scheduler gets some coffee or some vitamin d in her life.

They are very rude. Especially sale manager supper rude . They tried to cheat customers then customers tried to correct them they behave very rudely.

Since it does not allow me to respond to their feedback, let me explain folks.. there was no negotiation. See the photo I attached. They added two items at the last min and said that if I don't get these "dealer options". they are not selling the car to me. BTW, for those who thinks these were already added and I was asking them to take off, no the car just arrived at the dealership and they told me they need to do the paperwork and get it ready to be sold.. anyway.. I am glad the deal did not go through, I got my Infiniti QX60 fixed and now it is running great... I will NEVER go to this dealer again...

They added these two options (see the pictures) "Tint nitrogen clear shield and Resistall" totalling close to $3000. I happened to notice it. I told them that I did not want them and they said that this is how they money and if I do not pay for them, they will not sell me the car. Basically they are saying that since there are more people wanting cars then what's available, they want to find ways to make more profit. I am ok with that..because that is how it is.. but they should have told me that up front, instead of making it look like they are selling it at MSRP and slip these two line items (mandatory) at the last min.. I felt I was cheated.. oh well, I will not buy a car from this dealership. Check each and every line items.. they list whole bunch of stuff that is not required....and make them sound like they are mandatory.. and now with severe shortage of cars, they are getting bold and say pay for these or leave...
