If you want to waste your time and money servicing your vehicle, please visit this location. In a matter of a week, the check engine light came on & the car not recognizing the alternator after they did an oil change. A diagnosis fee of almost $400 was negotiated down to less than $200 to inspect the electrical system after I told them numerous times the faulty prompt only showed after they serviced the car. That is definitely my last visit and will not be recommending this location to any one I know.

Beware of unsolicited items to be serviced during maintenence.

After returning home from an 80kMi service where I was recommend to replace the drive belt, when filing my paperwork I noticed the exact same item had been replaced 1 yr ago at this same dealership.
I highly doubt now my belt was requiring change with just 12mo/ 12,000 miles and instead get thrown random service recommendations to see what sticks. When bringing in a car for service I expect recommendations made based on actual needs and at the least the service advisor would be able tu pull up recods and discard unnecessary suggestions. Especially pricey ones. Im very displeased with this and would be very distrustful of bringing in my car to this place next time (if there is one).

I received VIP service with Sharrif. He was patient as I decided which vehicle to choose from. He answered all my questions and stayed late without complaint! I requested and paid for the air filter to replace with my regular service on my Highlander, After my service i found brand new air filter box from my car. I was in impression that this box is having my old filter for trash and i was about to trash it. Fortunately i opened the box to double check and i found brand new filter which was not replaced and left in car.
I went back to make complaint and staff apologies to me for not replacing because they forgot to replace. My car was not washed, they never updated my service due message on my dashboard and also they haven't put next service sticker on the windshield.
This is was my first and last visit at this location, Even customer sales reps on the floor are also rude.

Do not buy from this place they are selling auction vehicles that have been wrecked before. Yes the car fax said minor damage but trust me this car has had the whole left side damaged and repaired and offered for sale for you to spend your hard earned money!!!
