I had an exceptional experience at Ford of Greenfield and highly recommend their service department! From the start, scheduling my appointment was incredibly easy, and I was able to get in the very next day—something other dealerships couldn’t do, as they had 10+ day waits. Upon checking in, I was greeted in less than 5 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.Report
Chris, the service representative, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. He called my extended warranty company on my behalf and handled all the details seamlessly. When the part needed for my vehicle wasn’t available until the next day, I was offered a rental, which was a huge convenience. Many dealerships no longer offer this, or say they have no vehicles available, but Ford of Greenfield was a wonderful place and only charged me for what the warranty covered.
Overall, the level of service I received was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be returning for future service needs. I Highly recommend Ford of Greenfield!

I purchased a used 2021 F150 with Eric. I’ve never had a deal go so smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I explained the range I was expecting for me trade and that’s where they came in, got a great deal in the truck, and got the payment I was looking for. No hassle, no games, no BS. Just business. The finance manager Dan was also incredible. Explained everything but didn’t try to force anything down my throat. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and more specifically Eric and Dan. Thanks for your help boys!Report
Unfortunately from bringing my carReport
For a normal oil change and then cam phasers turned into such a headache from picking up my car one day, having valve cover gasket blow with in 30, miles creating oil everywhere, to back in the shop to being told it was done week later to having it be told low oil pressure sensor light coming on while picking it up,
To replacing that, to having damage to the vehicle, to having an oil pump being “dropped” and having to be replaced while questioning the engine quality. Having our tires installed inside out on 3, being told to contact BBB and the attorney general from Ford customer service and then being retaliated against from making a compliant (was expressed to my husband that we were making a ruckus and we are no longer welcomed) which then yes, my husband made a scene going out and was heated on all parties. So bringing a very great car to ford, turned into headache of all problems. There was also lack of communication through out the process. We at one point counted that ford had our car 43 out of 51 or something days as well.
That’s my unfortunate experience I do hope yours might be better
