The service manager, Joanne and Chris, the advisor that assisted us with our repairs, were amazing! They communicated every step of the way. We will continue to take our car there and highly recommend their Ford Service Department.

My truck went wobbly so I thought this must be alignment and balancing problem. Went for that and regular tune up/maintenance. We picked up after hours and still experiencing the wobblyness/ vibration. notified them, they said still under warranty. They fixed the problem (2 new cv joints + labor etc). Cost me 0$. That did it. Good job. 5 stars.

I purchased a 2021 Ranger with Eric. I usually dread purchasing vehicles due to the pricing games. Eric made the purchase easy and enjoyable! I recommend Eric as he has a no pressure personality. Thank you Eric!

Start to finish everyone was frieldnt and very helpful. Got my oil change/tire rotation completed and fixed a couple minor issues too. They even shuttled me to work and stayed in contact updating me with text and calls which made this appointment super convenient.
