Via Kelly Blue Book, I just sold my 2021 VW Tiguan at Ford of Greenfield. I worked with Tim via text/phone and Eric in person. Through the whole quoting/evaluation process, they were friendly, courteous and most importantly honest. I've dealt with plenty of bait & switch in the past where a dealer gives a quote on the phone, then in person, everything changes and they offer much less than the phone quote. I found a vehicle online and started the process that way, strictly online communications. Eric contacted me and he was great to work with. He totally respected my requests and was not pushing to sell me a vehicle. If he was pushy, I would have gone else where. Eric was professional and responsive in all communications. It was a pleasure working with him and Toyota of Greenfield. I purchased a 2021 Jeep that I am very happy with. Thank you Eric for honoring my requests.
