Ford Escape battery died on Sunday…not an easy swap for a guy like me! Took it here right when they opened Monday and in a little over an hour was back on the road with no issues! Once again they proved why I have gone here for my vehicles service since 2018!

I’d give them negative starts if I could. Ted Britt Fairfax’s service department is about as incompetent as you can get. First of all, they have practically no loaner vehicles. I can’t tell you how many times I have made appointments, driven there, only to have my time wasted because there isn’t a vehicle for me. Secondly, the only thing they are well-skilled at is excuses. They either don’t have parts, people are out sick, or they don’t get proper training from Ford, even though in some instances there are instructional videos from Ford for customers on YouTube. I’ve had to bring my vehicles back 2-3 times over the course of just a few weeks for them to fix the same thing because they haven’t done it correctly. They also take a long time to do the job and when they do they’re sloppy, again not doing the job correctly or causing damage to my trucks. I only got action when I called Ford Corporate. So in summation, if you like your time wasted and you don’t care about taking care of your vehicle, Ted Britt Fairfax’s service department is the place for you.

This is the best car dealership and repair dealership in Northern Virginia. Everyone is professional and they go the extra mile to take care of Ford car owners. The customer service and waiting area is always clean and looks professional.

Ashley and her Team at Ted Britt provided Outstanding service on our 2018 Ford Expedition. They resolved multiple issues such as fixing the front differential, fixing 2 recalls, performing a 60k service, rotating the tires and installing a new version of the Ford Sync 3 Navigation Map software.
All work was completed within the established time frames and within the agreed upon cost. This is our third Expedition and fourth Ford. We have always been happy with our Fords and Ted Britt has always provided Outstanding service for our vehicles. Thanks to Ashley and her Team for another job-well-done.

We bought a 2025 ford transit from Terry Fant. He is very knowledgeable, for he had an answer for every question we had (and we had many). He showed us multiple vehicles and explained every spec to us until we landed on the perfect fit for our business. Terry was very straight forward and gave us an amazing deal that no other dealership in the area could match. We then financed our transit and had a wonderful experience with the finance manager. I will absolutely be coming back to Ted Britt for future personal and business vehicles. Terry is the man, ask for him when looking for a car!

one of my item was misdiagnosed and would have cost me $1000 if I followed through.Two diagnostics were done and only one was necessary as the repair fixed both which should have been obvious. my car had to be reset as you failed to do so which made my car almost impossible to drive
