At Food Therapy, we coach clients who are perpetually tired or sick, who struggle with their weight, who can't seem to balance their relationship to food or make the time to eat properly. Through education, counseling and compassionate (never judgmental) perspective, we teach individuals, couples and groups to make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime.
