Terrible service! Communication within all the departments at Folsom Lake Kia is nonexistent!
Brand new car, check engine light came on before I drove it off the lot. Told me they would get it in right away, took 5 days to get fixed! No phone calls updating me on my car, I had to call them! Even managers don’t call back! Worst service ever!

So I brought my car in last week and was told I needed to bring it back this week because I had a recall on it and get back this week and there’s a hold on recalls the gentleman Harrison Viau was a little rude at first but quickly changed his attitude and fixed my issues where another gentleman names RUDY was definitely RUDE I have never been talked to like that he asked what was the issue I started to explain he put his hand up and said I know he just told me and walked away while I was in mid sentence absolutely horrible service from him he’s the type of employee that loses the whole company business after this recall is fixed I will never go to this location again and after looking at the reviews the owners reply is so generic and copy and paste that you can tell he doesn’t really care or pay attention to his review and it shows in his employees

I recently had an issue with the repairs that were done to my kia telluride. Luckily John Wilson stepped up and made everything right. If it wasn't for him I would not be a customer any longer. Thanks John for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Terrible Kia cars. The car is only a year old, the check engine light came on. They told me to fill the car with good gasoline, but that didn't solve the problem. Then they told me to come back in two weeks! But my husband is a truck driver and he couldn't get to them for a long time. Then they spent a week looking for the breakdown and fixed our car. But a few days later the button came on again. And again, it's unknown how long they will have to deal with this.😡

Friendly shop advisors, especially Rudy Escamilla. Always ensures prompt and efficient service. Very communicative!

It's a smaller location than most dealerships but the service center is top notch and the sales center has helpful and knowledgeable associates.

Update: manager Doug Peterson told my husband we couldn't prove they scratched the HUD. My husband watched the tech do it and actually told him not to do that. It was notated on the service record. Cameras also don't lie. Doug says this happens all the time and it's no big deal. In addition there are new scratches now to the interior of my new car. Wonder how that happened. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you value your car!

*Took my car in for a recall and they scratched the HUD screen. The tech threw the keys up onto the dashboard across the heads up display screen and caused a huge scratch. It's not invisible so just absolutely negligent and careless. Waiting to see how they will remedy the situation.

I was in and out. The service was great, very friendly staff. They did what I came in for which was an oil change and tire rotation. They checked everything needed for my 40,000 mile check. No unessesary upselling, prices were right. I will be coming here for all my further needs. Even though I live very close to the Roseville automall, the drive is worth it as the Roseville location is a nightmare with rude staff.
