We went Folsom Lake to get a specific car. We traveled from Lake County and were so happy we did.
First we were not immediately approached and were given time to look around. We went in and asked for sales and met Scott Jr. The rest of the process, loan paperwork, and financing was easy and seamless. Scott was there for every step. Matt did the final process of financing. He explained the extras insurances and warranty packages. For a finance guy he was so friendly and easy to talk to.
The cars are clean and they keep the sales area clean. Masks are available for those who prefer them. All of the staff were happy and helpful.
We had the best experience buying a car from here. Thank you for making this car experience exciting and happy. I am so happy we bought our car from here. I am still smiling. This will always be my first stop to purchase a car.

I love my 2020 Telluride but their customer service is absolutely horrid. I'm still under warranty and they won't give me a rental car without a diagnosis. Mind you, I had an appointment last Friday morning and the guy told me they'd need it over night. That was not an option with work so I made another appointment for today (Tuesday) at 8am after taking the entire day off work. Now they are telling me my car won't even be LOOKED at until tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon.. fine I get things are slow right now..but I NEED A CAR. I'm a personal assistant/nanny and I drive all day long. This is totally unacceptable and I'd think twice about getting a Kia because of their lack of even decent customer service.

The vehicle was taken at appointment time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. A thorough inspection of my car also revealed several light bulbs burned out, thank you. Personnel who is willing to answer your questions. Informative, courteous, and professional. My car was ready when promised.
