I called to ask about a new Bronco they have on the lot. The gentlemen who I spoke to asked if I was "familiar with the markup that is being charged on Broncos right now". After I told him that other dealers are selling at MSRP and I wasn't interested in paying a $20,000 markup, he hung up on me. Pretty shocking! No one should be subject to price gouging.

It was the exact opposite of what I experienced at other Ford Dealerships, From the moment we went in we were treated with respect in terms of pricing and the purchase experience. Mike was easily one of THE MOST professional and upfront salesman I've ever interacted with and Winston was a joy to speak with while signing the final financial documentation. Thanks for the Escape Hybrid you guys, we love it!

My husband and I bought a Ford Fusion here recently and had a great experience. Both our salesman Alex and Chad who helped us with our paperwork were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be back for our next car purchase.

I purchased a CPO Ford Truck from here. I ran into some issues after buying it. Jo was very helpful and authentic. She communicated well and Rich did a great job explaining to me what was going on and what he did to fix the issues, which was awesome. I wish I lived closer so I could get service done there.

I personally had a very good experience here I was looking for a vehicle for a while and I found the perfect fit for me online a send a offer and they called me first thing in the morning, the service is very professional and once you are there they make you feel comfortable and everything is fast the guy who helped us out is Tri Hua and I really recommend ask for him if you going to buy a car, everything in general was awesome and I found I really good deal on my vehicle
