Charged $60 for service call, and asked $500 to fix an 8 years old dishwasher that needed the electronic control panel replaced. Unfortunately with that the whole console assembly needed to be replaced since the "start" button didn't have the cover anymore, and that's what caused the panel to fail in the first place. The price was split at $200 for the panel and the rest for the door. When asked about parts prices, I was told that the control panel costs $120 while I saw it for $56 online and it says the MSRP is $71 (same price SEARS would charge). Clearly they didn't want to do the job, or I can't explain how they expect people to pay $500 to repair a dishwasher. They also refused to install the panel if I had bought the part myself for $60 online (new from a dishwasher repair parts store only!). Guess what? I can remove 15 screws and a ribbon cable myself !
