1. Overcharge TRIPLE water bill (about 100 dollar /per month/person) for almost a year! Until you found and reported the issues a lot of times, which caused by their water meter read after investigation. And they won't admit it until I called the service to clarify and refund about 20 dollar. I have no idea why should I spend so long time to get 20 bucks. Ridiculous.
2. Lots of stain on the lobby carpet. Also hallway smell weird.
3. Broken facilities never be repaired, unlockable doors, cold hot tub, broken dialing systems etc.
4. Unit is totally not ready when moving in. Dirty floor with a lot of cement dust and footprint. A lot of yellow stains on the doors and shelves.
5. No enough visitor parking.
If you have questions, NO WAY to solve it. All staffs said they would like to help, but everyone pass the buck by all kinds of reasons. If you want to watch a drama, then choose them, you won't regret.

My first year at FW, my apt was near the front office; as a result, the area was always cleaned daily by staff. I made the mistake by living by the pool, it was a beautiful view but I could not rest well on the weekends due to the noise. My 2nd year, I moved away from the pool and to my surprise the apt was infested with silver fish. After numerous request, the staff stopped by once to spray. I spent over $500 on plastic containers to store items to prevent so many of them from crawling on my clothes and items. My apt was laced with powered chemicals to help decrease the number of bugs I saw daily. I'd come home from work, kill about 10 of them, sweep up about 10 before I settled in. When I'd awake in the morning, there were always one on my bedroom ceiling, in the bathroom and closet. A few times they were in my bed and one crawled on me. Of course the office staff didn't do a thing, nor did I receive my deposit when I left. They told me I would only get $30 back and I still have not received it. Many restless days and nights due to the infestation. No apology nothing…from the staff.

Move in process was terrible. They extended our move in date for us which was nice at first, but that also meant that they had more time to clean up the place prior to us moving. With that being said, our entire shower was filthy. There were old stains from previous owner and hair everywhere! Floor was still dirty in our living room, there were scratches and water marks all over the wall. Our dryer was broken. They would come in when we were home to "fix our concerns", but when we came back, nothing was fixed. They said they would have it done by the end of the week. Why are we waiting a week for things to get done when we just moved in? It should've been done already. On top of that, one of the maintenance guys was rude. I have a dog, and when walking out my apartment he said "be careful with that dog". She didn't even come up to him, didn't bark at him, didn't even acknowledge him. She was on leash and everything. I understand some people don't like dogs and are scared of them, which is fine. But she was walking along the wall with me in between him and my dog. You are working. Be professional. You see small dogs around here off leash, barking at people all the time and see no complaints, but you feel the need to be rude to a bigger trained dog? I should not have to deal with that from a staff member in a place that's suppose to be dog friendly! Overall, it's been a terrible experience. I've lived in many apartments, and this is the first that I would never recommend.

I just renewed my lease and moved into another apartment within the building. I love living here. I love the amenities and I feel safe. I have the pleasure of working with Meisha. She is VERY thorough and when I didn't understand something she made sure she explains in a way that I get it. I'd recommend anyone moving here. I gave 4 stars only because my 2nd apartment was not as clean as I would have liked it. But the good outweighs that small incident. This whole stripe has restaurants, shopping and not far from the galleria. So yeah I love it here.

Once we moved out we paid our last bill. After that they went back and added fees to the portal. We had already moved out so why would we go back in and check the portal. They never emailed or called regarding the fees. And then they decided to send the very small fee which could have been easily paid, to collections. They were provided a forwarding address as well. There is no reason that we should not have been contacted regarding this fee. Not to mention, the apartment complex started to go down hill. They would never fix any of the doors, so strangers could easily get into the complex if they wanted to. Very disappointed and upset that no one had enough common sense to call, email or send a letter.

Recently moved in to the Folio and the move-in process was smooth with Meisha! She was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire application to move in process! I am only giving 4 stars because the apartment was not as clean as I hoped it would be. There was a huge spider in my bathroom sink; not something I like to see when early in the day. And the shower had hair all over the walls. The fan in my bedroom makes an annoying loud noise when turned on (does not stop no matter the speed). I can barely stand to use it, although it does have a beautiful finish. All in all a beautiful apartment and besides those minor "issues" I am happy with my move.

Although a beautiful property to tour, not the property for me. I wanted to leave this review though to commend the leasing consultant Courtney R. for the great customer service and knowledge she showed about the property. I had a tour scheduled and there was a walk in who toured with me at the same time. Courtney showed great composure and patience the entire time and "rolled with the punches" definitely a great employee and deserves her recognition!!
