We had a wonderful experience purchasing the 2022 Forester at Williams Subaru! Our sales rep LaDarius was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and was able to help us find the perfect model. We ordered and it delivered ahead of time. Had a terrible experience with my service yesterday. Came to Williams Subaru to replace headlights. After the service I see my bumpers protruding out and they made a fool out of me saying that they don't see any difference and blamed me for a small knock I had on my front lip which happened years ago and the claims they made absolutely made no sense . You guys have been dealing with cars for most part of the day and it is visible that the mechanic did not fit my bumper well and trying to put the blame on me? Luckily, I had photos I took few days ago and had the proof with me. Within minutes my car was taken to the body shop and my bumpers got fixed. Magic? I am so displeased with what happened to me yesterday. Never going back again. People,please take photos before you drop the car if you choose this service center.

Outstanding service department at Williams Subaru. I was advised the work would take two hours, but it was completed in less than one hour. Service personnel are always knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

This place was awesome I was given 11 point interest rate at car max! Lol I was like what!??!? Here a 3.1! The car business is full of scammers! These guys fought by making calls to get my rate lower! The finance guy Mr f was amazing and still is!!! I would never shop anywhere else! They also care about their sales people and let them go home unlike the other greedy shady dealers that make them stay from 9am to 9pm 6 days a week. Trust me I sold cars this place is the best! No hassle just bend over backwards to help! I have bought 2 cars and was given a fortune when my car was about to die! I owe them this is the least I can do! The car industry is struggling please be patient these are good people and worth working with!

I had such a great time working with Williams Subaru. They truly knock it out of the park with their warranty, service, and kindness. I have already sent two other people to work with LaDarius Logan. He was exactly what I needed in a salesman: no hassle with all the information. The day I purchased my car it was over in no time. Also, I'm very grateful for their privacy rules and do not sell your information like other dealerships.
Buy a new car can be so nerve wracking, and don't get me I've was nervous, but LaDarius made it a great experience, and I'm very happy I have a new Williams Subaru!

On 7-17-21, I bought a new car from Williams Subaru. My husband and I are expecting our first child and since the car I was driving is 20 years old, I was excited to buy a safe new car for our little one. I worked with LT and he was an absolute pleasure as a salesman. Everything went fine until my husband and I sat down with the finance manager to sign the contract. He circled a price ($29K) and said, "This is the price you are financing," which was correct. He then offered options for an additional 5-year warranty I could purchase. He stated, "Selecting one of these will not change the amount you are financing. This would be an additional cost added to the monthly bill." To clarify, I asked, "If I select the $130 option and then pay the car off in 6 months, I pay $130 for 6 months and then stop paying for the extra warranty but keep it the full 5 years?" He agreed. We asked him the same question 3 more times to be absolutely sure and he agreed each time. My parents happened to be with us and they heard this exchange from just outside the manager's office. Again, he stated that I was financing $29K and circled that number, but all of the final papers the manager gave me were sealed in an envelope. I had no reason to doubt anything since we had asked our questions multiple times and been reassured each time - we had covered our bases, or so I thought. When I received my first bill, an additional $6K had been added to the amount financed so that I now owe $35K plus interest. Not only have I been charged a lump sum of over $6K for this "monthly fee" but I am being charged interest on it as well. This is fraudulent as it was not what was repeatedly explained to me and to what I agreed. The man lied directly to my face, multiple times. I called Subaru's customer service line to inquire and the service rep told me she was going to pull my contract and then disconnected the call. I have left messages for the dealership's finance department but no one has ever called me back. This is additional mental and financial stress that I absolutely do not need since I am a high-risk pregnancy currently being treated for pre-eclampsia. I am beyond disappointed in this dealership and have reached out to the Better Business Bureau for help in getting a resolution since I have been unable to get help by myself. If you plan on buying a car from this dealership, bring an attorney with you because apparently you cannot rely on being told the truth by their finance department, and once they've got your money, they're impossible to get in touch with.

*Edit: After posting, I was immediately contacted by the general manager. She was extremely apologetic and made every effort to rectify the situation. The extended warranty was canceled and Subaru refunded me the $6000+ in costs. It took several months for the refunds to be reflected via my financial statement but overall, I was happy withe speed and concern with which the general manager of Williams Subaru fixed the situation. Most importantly, I love our new Outback, especially that I feel so safe driving our two-week-old son in it.

From first test drive of a used vehicle to my purchase of a new vehicle I was in contact with Kaetlyn Sweatt at Williams Subaru for almost 1 year. I never felt pressured and always had my questions answered thoroughly with good communication. There was a small snag with the ordering process that they worked through with me flawlessly. My experience was very good and Williams will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a car.
