Fantastic yoga experience. I have taken classes with Mika and Sarah. Both put a great deal of value, clarity, and effort into all aspects of their teaching.

Flow Motion is a fabulous yoga studio and wellness spa. We are members and delighted to be a part of this special community.

The owner Alyssa is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. The yoga teachers are experienced and there are many unique class offerings to choose from.

Flow Motion is a magical place with a variety of classes, workshops, and products that I love.

A true, one of a kind experience that's ultimately leading to more. The owner and the person at the desk who gave us the tour were exceptionally helpful and polite. The ambience is something you've probably dreamed of, or maybe have always been curious about. Locally-sourced items and supplies and rare instruments and gems from far away places make their way to this sequestered nook at the very tippy top of the Pacific Northwest. It's a place for creatives and conservatives alike, so don't be afraid to come and leave our hyper connected world behind for peace and tranquility.

Alyssa and her staff make up an exemplary team! They were very welcoming and provided us with hospitality that rivals 5-star hotels! You can tell that they’ve put a lot of thought and time into the spa with all of its cool features and spaces, which made it fun to explore and find the perfect space to relax in. Our favorite part of the experience was the joint massage and vibrational sound therapy, which was the perfect way to start our experience. We look forward to coming back and sharing the experience with others!

Great service, clean and refreshing. Absolutely recommend. The halo therapy in the salt room is wonderful and so relaxing.
