I have used this company for several years, and recommended them countless times. I would never use anyone else. I have had several different repair men over the years and every one of them was great, Aaron even got along with my dogs and they are very protective and don't like men.

Very professional and courteous, same day service that accommodated time conflicts that I had. Technician troubleshot the issue, provided the very reasonable estimate ($65) if that was in fact the issue (which I authorized), and then performed the repair with the very reasonable $ 65 billing. I would highly recommend them!

Woke up this morning to a non-functioning garage door. Called Florida Garage Door Pros at 9am based on great Google reviews and locally-owned company profile. I was pleased to hear that service calls to diagnose the problem were free of charge - thank you! At 10am, Aaron the technician arrived and quoted work for broken torsion spring repair. His excellent work was complete within the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Aaron and Florida Garage Door Pros.

Had a bad day. This repair was seamless start to finish so much so, I could hold a conversation with the nursing home my husband's in.

Brandy took my call on a Friday afternoon, and was wonderful to let me know that even though my appointment was for the coming Monday, she would contact me if any earlier openings should come up. Alec came out on time Monday at 11am. He was very nice and professional explaining certain things about the garage door, as he fixed it. Overall, a very good experience. I will recommend them to anyone needing Garage door service and repair.
