Floorplan Xpress

I was solicited by a representative named Rod Sierra at a local auction for this company. He set up a meeting at my dealership to talk about terms and hopefully getting me signed up. He guaranteed to beat my terms with my other floor plan company. After he quoted me the fees he could provide, I decided to give them a shot.

They did a hard-pull on my credit which was my only concern because some of the bigger floor plan companies will do a soft inquiry. My credit is perfect by the way(800+). He contacted me a week later and told me I was approved. That he just had to sort out the final details. A few days after that he tried negotiating terms with me. I was shocked. I told him I would only use this company with original terms I was quoted. Not DOUBLE the fees!

He couldn't make that happen apparently. I then asked him to have the inquiry removed from my credit report as I would have never consented if I wasn't blatantly misled and lied to. Another week passes and he tells me that it can't be done. He then lies to me over the phone about what he quoted. I have 24 hour audio/video in my office to attest to original term quote.

He then gives me his regional director Chuck Hirschman contact info. He refused to help and was totally rude. It got to the point he threatened to come down to Orlando from Jacksonville and handle things face to face.

I am extremely disgusted with this company and their tactics. I highly recommend nobody does business with a company that has no integrity.
