No repairs unless they installed. You are welcome and my concern was that I have a very minor repair and was reaching out for help. When you responded that you could not do repairs on floors you did not install I asked if you could possibly "refer me to someone who could assist me.' you never gave me the courtesy of a reply. So I was somewhat taken back by your lack of caring. I am sure you do excellent work but the one star was for the above.

No sir we cannot repair a product that we cannot warrant the repair. We would be glad to help in anyway that we can put a warranty on the service. Thank you for the bad review when we never did anything for you.
