Flood Solutions, Inc

I used Flood Solutions Inc. to deal with water damage in my kitchen. During water damage cleanup, they damaged my appliances and cracked the kitchen countertop and Joey initially agreed to fix those issue. Then he refused to fix it after checking the repair cost. Now he is denying all of it even after the other company discovered more damages upon their inspection. The second contractor specifically mentioned it's from the Flood Solutions work. Flood Solutions is not reliable and irresponsible for what they do. They refused to go to a mediator to resolve the issue. Now they no longer respond to my emails because they don't want to leave the conversations in writing. Legal action is warranted. I strongly urge that you should not hire Flood Solutions for your house work.

These people were at my place quickly to give me a free estimate. Then, they helped me further with my water heater damage. They were clean, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would use them again in a second.

Joey and Christian Acosta were both very helpful in remediating our mold issues in three areas of our home. They were very communicative and did only the work necessary to complete the job. I felt that they were extremely fair and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

In the middle of replacing flooring in my hall bathroom I unfortunately discovered some mold issues and reached out to Flood Solutions for help. Immediately they responded by having Christian Acosta come to my home and assess the damage along with the necessary steps to remediate the problem. The next professional we dealt with was technician Jason Gutierrez and like Christian his professionalism, responsiveness, sense of urgency & friendliness all made what could have been a frightening experience a very reassuring one. I am extremely grateful for the professional approach by Flood Solutions and their management team of Daniel and Joey Montijo! I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in this emergency situation. Job well done!

Flood Solutions is a phenomenal company! We have used them twice now for issues in our house and they have done great work. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of mold remediation. They will clearly document everything and communicate effectively through all parts of the process.
