We travelled from Tunbridge Wells as local branch had shut down . We wanted to be face to face, Due to covid. Rachel, ( manager) delt with our bookings for flights to OZ.Good service as usual. She will help out nearer the time about us supplying the documentation for visiting our daughter n family, + visa. Then it's up to us to get t/ insurance from a reputable company.
