Experience was good overall, but my car was returned with a malfunction in the mirrors that was not present before.

I've trusted this shop for years (including through previous owners of the business) but in the last year they've disappointed me. I've paid them about $3,000 over 4 visits to fix my car's air conditioning, and while they've come up with various diagnoses the air conditioning still doesn't work more than 1 or 2 days beyond when I get it back from the shop. If it weren't for my previous history with the shop, I'd rate them 1 star, not 2 stars.
