Fletcher Jones Honda

Incredible service! I'd trust Honda with my car any day. The Chicago location has been so helpful every time I've gotten service with them. They go above and beyond. They actually picked up my car and dropped it off after service. It was sooo convenient and saved me hours! They also filled my tires and washed my car. I received such high quality care. Thank you Eric and the rest of the team!

Fred serviced my car today. He was efficient and friendly. He also made recommendations for what services I'll need taken care of in the near future. I've never had a Honda dealership spend so much time and effort on my vehicle. Thanks Fred!

First time I came here. I had a flat tire and called all tire repair places downtown and everyone is fully booked including Honda Downtown Chicago. Even though Honda was packed and busy, they accommodated me. It was 4pm so I was told to leave my car and was promised it would be ready by 10am the next day. Honda delivered! Other shops wanted me to have an appointment for the next week.

The place is small but everyone working there was working very efficiently that the flow was ongoing and the wait time was short. Also, Darrius, the person who assisted us, was very professional.

I will start going here for all my maintenance.
