Fletcher Honda Bentonville

Update: Unfortunately, I have to change it from 5 stars to 3 stars. As soon as they sold me the vehicle, I could not get them to respond to me (or it took 3 or 4 tries). I had some issues after the sale that I needed assistance with, and they were nearly impossible to contact... Before the sale of the vehicle, they would respond almost immediately. Very sad that this is the case.

These folks are amazing. They did not try to pull the wool over my eyes at all and they were not pushy. I made the initial proposal, and within a few email exchanges, we had reached an agreement. They gave me a good trade value on my car and they even delivered my Honda from Bentonville to West Plains, MO! I would highly recommend these people!

Dont hope for call back from this dealership. If you hit the service option and leave a message they will not call you back. They claim they will call you back from a 417 number on their prompt but I personally have not received one. Let's say my memory is failing and I have received a call they must not like leaving voice-mail because I have never received a message from them. The service is good however if you can get them to answer a call for an appointment.

Fletcher Honda is ALL about customer service!
As we were traveling across the country to see our family for Thanksgiving, our 2011 Honda Ridgeline showed us warning lights that indicated we needed help right away. Luckily we were less than ten minutes away from Fletcher Honda, so we contacted them and told them we needed immediate repair in order to continue our journey. Laura who answered our call understood our need and quickly contacted the service manager, Jim who said to come right in and they would take care of us. When we arrived Scott, the service advisor took all our information quickly and the shop foreman came and spoke to us personally about what needed to be done. We walked to a local eatery while they assessed the issue. They called us and let us know they were able to locate the parts and do the repair right away. In less than two hours all the repairs were completed and they had us back on the road toward Thanksgiving. Everyone we came into contact with could not have been any kinder to us in our time of need. We highly recommend Frank Fletcher Honda and happily look forward to doing business with them in the future! Extraordinary customer service! Well done!!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Chris for his great customer service and attention to detail when I was asking questions regarding various Honda models. He was the best! Thank you!
