Service never answers there phone

Sam and the service technicians fixed a heating problem on my Jeep before it got too cold. Very quick and polite!

We have bought 5 vehicles from Fletcher superstore.the last 2 were in 2013. The last salesman promised us he would get us a. Campershell as they get them in all the time.on trade in rams also he was supposed to call us when they started the next punchboard. As the prizes were already given out on the current one out. But no call. Now my daughter's car is there for a window motor this is the third week It has been there . Their service has gone way down. They don't seem to care about the customers anymore. Too bad Richard Zeuschner

New cars on the lot

I only gave them 3 stars because our salesman, Roger Nichols, is an absolute gem. I wish I could give the dealership itself a negative star review. Here is why: we have had 2 bad experiences when purchasing a vehicle from this store, both times with financing. I'll address the most recent time.

In May we traded in my mini van for a Nissan Rogue. The amount of the trade-in left us with a credit which would cover the cost of sales tax. Fantastic, all is right in the world. The next day, we purchased a Kia Forte to replace my husbands car that my son had totalled. The credit from the previous trade-in was also added to that sale & we were told there would be no sales tax on it either (typically we roll the sales tax into the payments). That went fine as well UNTIL I went to the DMV to transfer the titles. That's when we were charged $675 for sales tax, which we only had because we had received our taxes a few weeks prior. The next day, the DMV calls & says they cannot use the credit from the trade-in because the vehicles were purchased on separate days, so we must pay an additional $250 before they will release our title. I called & spoke to the sales manager who told me to call the Neosho DMV because the ladies at Carthage were wrong & we should have 90 days to use that additional credit. Well, they aren't wrong. Neosho confirmed that the dealership is wrong. Not only is the credit invalid from separate days but ALSO not eligible on 2 different vehicles. Unfortunately it appears that the "professionals" at the dealership don't know what they're talking about & I could have been in a world of hurt if I hadn't had an additional $1000 in my bank acct that day.

Oh, let's add insult to injury but also saying that my husband had Covid when we were supposed to pick up the title paperwork. I called to let them know we needed them mailed but was unsure who to speak to. So I left a message on the finance guys voicemail...and he never returned my call. Professionalism at its very best.
