Dr. Clements, attended undergrate school at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She worked as a nurse for several years and her experiences result in her being extremely compassionate with her podiatric patients. She left nursing to attend New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she received a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. While there she received many honors. She completed her surgical residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Clements is trained in Forefoot surgery and General Podiatric Medicine.

She lectures internationally on the subject of the diabetic foot care and amputation prevention and was the kenote speaker for the 2012 Victory Over Diabetes.

She participates yearly in Medical Missions to Jamaica and went to Haiti after the devastating quake. She is a member of Arabia Mountain High School PTSA Health and Wellness Committee.

She is married to her college sweetheart Kirby Jr. an attorney and frequent guest commentator on Nancy Grace Show. They have 2 beautiful children. She enjoys singing and motivational speaking in her spare time.
