Bert and Jared invested an amazing amount of time working to get our 16 year old flat roof repaired, then coated. They really sweated the details. They corrected problems that had been nagging us for years. You can tell when a contractor is trying to get something right, and not just get work done as fast as possible, to get paid. Surface Coatings provided Global Chem-feed with an estimate on a roof that was last re-coated over 20 years ago. The estimate was spot-on and they were hired for the job. The whole crew was very professional and re-coated over 14,000 square feet in a short period of time. The project wasn't easy as there were multi-levels and the building had gone through several expansions where each roof had to be seamed together. It is now 4 years later and through several winters we have never had any problems. Surface Coatings is fast, professional and cleaned up the site when they left. I highly recommend their services.
