Guilherme is a professional and since the first contact I had he has always returned my contacts, extremely attentive and the delay and details presented in the previous personal evaluation presented by my wife. It was clarified and it was clear that the concessionaire is not responsible for the process. Guilherme, as I said previously to you personally yesterday! High end, very personable and attentive!!

I just picked up my brand new 2023 C43 W4 AMG and I’m beyond excited. Nicest and newest car I’ve ever had. All thanks to everyone at Flagship motors. Darnell the manager was so genuine and sweet and amazing. Skip was also very good at answering all my questions and being patient and giving me all the options. I didn’t feel any pressure or obligated to do anything. They don’t are if you buy or not but they give you the best experience while you are there and they make sure you buy the car of your dreams fast and without any hassle. I left there with no questions and so confident in my car and I’m so in love and I know I made the right choice. I will go back if or when I decide to get any other car and I highly recommend anyone to at least go and test drive and sit down with someone. It doesn’t hurt to just go and see. 5 stars all around.

Gui provided us exceptional service. We did not have a set appointment but he was able to accommodate us and was consistent from beginning to end. I did encounter one inconvenience when it came to the detailing of the interior of the car but he was able to request for me to go back and have it done! Highly recommended reaching out to him!

Anthony at Flagship Motor Cars in Lynnfield is fantastic. He was very patient and provided lots of options as I was turning in a lease. He recommended a great car and I love it!
