PASS THIS DEALER UP and go to Daytona Beach Dodge just like the service dept there told me after refusing to work on my disabled dodge broke down in their parking lot. Towed it to Daytona. The people at Daytona Chrysler Dodge Jeep are true professionals and back up the brand unlike the Flagler Dodge dealership that should be closed down. Don't believe me, ask around.

This dealership is fair honest and has a nice selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. the staff is friendly, professional and considerate. No price gouging here!

We went to the dealer to look at a Ram 1500 pickup. The salesman and truck were fine, but the dealership is a dump from the 80's. You want me to pay $70k plus for a truck and roll up to a dealership like this for service - really?

The place was wide open to allow the cool air in and save on air conditioning. The chairs are cheap $50 office chairs that sit low to the ground (I'm only 5'5" tall). Not sure if this is some mental thing to help them when negotiating price. The wall paper is old and tired. The restrooms are dated and dirty.

Based on previous reviews and my gut feeling, we did not purchase from here. We will travel a little further to a place that doesn't look like it's going to be closed the next day with no notice.

I got a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. At the time I was pregnant and had a child and looking for a safe car. The dealer explained how safe it was!! This car has been problems from the beginning. Within the first week my brakes locked up on me on the highway and all of the lights went off. It almost cost me an accident with my family in the car. They said they would fix it and then it was a speck of dirt on a sensor. Now I'm being told by other mechanics a sensor wouldn't do that because of a speck of dirt. I should've turn it in right then and there. But stupidly I didn't I've only had the car for six months it has broken down five times. I have put over $1000 into it. The battery died can you find out there are two batteries both died because I have a bad alternator on a 2020!!! After replacing the alternator it is still the saying more is wrong with it. I know there's nothing I can do about it now because I bought as is. But they deceived me on saying its safe.

Awful customer service, can never get a timely appointment for an oil change. Don't bother calling because you'll be on hold for 10 minutes.

This place sells lemons! Friends car lasted one day and Flagler refuses to replace the vehicle.

I have gone to Flagler dodge for 8 years, bought 4 cars from them and have taken every vehicle I own to their service center! This last car I bought was for my son 3 months ago, was told there were 2 sets of keys but they could only find 1 and refuse to replace the second key, mind you the keys are $400 to replace! I call them weekly to get a replacement I can never get a hold of this Mindy woman who I'm told makes the decision on whether I can get another key, she is never there and today my husband was told that this Mindy woman will get to work when she gets to work, for real??!! My salesman Ralph, continually gives me the run around, now after buying 4 freaking cars from them and always going to their service center, it's not about the replacement of a key anymore its the point of the matter that I keep getting the run around, I will NO LONGER go to FLAGLER DODGE nor will I ever recommend them to anyone as I have done these past 8 years!!
