I had my new Subaru Forester serviced at Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg. My service representative, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone we encountered from the valets to other service advisors were upbeat and welcoming to me and my 4 year old grandson. The wait was about an hour longer than estimated and there was a little issue with the driver's seat when the car was finished, but the waiting room was comfortable and Brandon solved the driver's seat issue quickly. My purchase experience and, now, service department experience at Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg has been great.ReportRe: I had my new Subaru Fores ...
