Got mask police from the front desk chasing ppl around telling em put on a mask even though most ppl just have the mask pulled down to their chin. Why even wear one? Kind of hypocritical. LOL .. I recommend places like Metroflex gym in Long beach which is also in LA county but doesn't employ mask police :)

Hi Davy, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. On one hand, we agree with you and are sorry to hear of your frustrations. We know masks can be bothersome for some and impact your workouts. This past year has been tough on all businesses, especially fitness. Our team having to be the mask police has only made it that much harder to operate a business. On the other hand, we're happy to see members being able to workout even with restrictions, after going so long without it. We're so happy to be open, providing jobs to our team and delivering a place for people to improve their health and fitness. We hope you'll see that silver lining as well and hopefully mandates will be lifted soon. Other than the mask mandate, we hope you are enjoying the rest of your time at Fitness19 West Covina. Buyer Beware: when purchasing PERSONAL TRANING you will get over charged and they will refuse to return your money. I tired get my money back with my bank, and fitness 19 claim they no cancellation on file for me. lucky I had a copy. make sure you keep all your document because you will need them. when I spoke with Patricia store manger to sort this out, First she said I did not owe anything and was overcharged. Two week later I called her back since fitness 19 was disputing my claim and refused to return my money, apparently they take notes however it was only in her favor she missed to note that she had talked to me prior and said I was not liable for the overcharge. Patricia had a completely different story 2 weeks later. When I ask her to speak to her manger about this issue. she refused and said she the highest one. I will be reporting this to the BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU. they will cheat people, they do not care if people need their money. It is sad, I had really enjoyed this gym, trainers are amazing and will help you with your goals, staff are very welcoming. The Store Manger Patricia is very rude, condescending. SHE will lie and cheat you she a typical scam artist. if she trying to sell you something she will be very nice and sweet, once she done with her sale or you she will not knowledge you.

This is one of the best gyms I've been to. It's clean, spacious as well as in good location. The staff is very polite and my personal trainer Carlos is very professional. I've been learning a lot not just the proper form and body mechanics during the actual workout but also in terms of overall fitness and nutrition. Good communication with scheduling. We also track our progress by regular check with the body scanner which I can monitor my body weight, skeletal muscle mass and body fat mass as well as BMI. These are some of the things I really love here and it gives me motivation to reach my goal. Kudos to Jason for convincing me to workout here!?

First time at the gym, this place is nice and clean and Justin customer service was awesome
