Got membership right before covid hit. Once they did and the gym was supposed to be closed they stayed open and continued to charge me. Once I refused to pay. They bounced my account many times trying to get their money. Your facility was supposed to be closed but you stayed open. Against what you were supposed to do. And then you charged people. Will never return ever again! Horrible place!

Hi Caryn, Thank you for your feedback. We took Covid 19 protocols and regulations very serious. We did not bill our members for the time that we were closed. We also offered our members a free freeze if they did not feel comfortable returning to the gym upon our reopening. After looking into your account I can confirm that you were not billed for the time we were closed. Your outstanding balance is for your membership fees as of April 2021. Super dope gym with superior staff some of which include Danna, Chris, and Bryan. Always clean and organized with stocked variety of Energy drinks, protein bars etc… Personal training program is also amazing currently with Chris and I couldn't be any more happier with my results thus far he truly pushes you past your limit while also sharing his knowledge how to maximize your sets and also workout properly to prevent injury. Overall amazing gym highly recommend.

Great place to workout. Always clean, a large variety of well maintained machines. All staff is always nice and very helpful. My personal trainer Raymond is very professional, he targets my body needs and motivates me. He is also very flexible and very knowledgeable on his field.
