Second post: I attempted to cancel my membership back in April. The process was a pain and was charged again after cancelation. A manager responded after a bad review and assured of a refund and cancelation. And here we are again. Months later and I had still been getting charged. The membership system is terrible.

Workout without mask on is ok to them. Come to gym without mask on is not ok to them.

So .. this place will convince you to be a member because of the low monthly payment.. you will be surprised that you will pay 40$ extra each year
They will not let you go or cancel unless u pay for things you don't know why
After I cancelled ed they made my pay 50$ for one month plus annual fees
Also pre pandemic I had classes with a personal trainer ( who was not good btw), which stopped for a year because of the pandemic, starting charging me again after over a year w/o my permission
The club itself is not a great place, I never recommend

I like how they acknowledge you and greet you upon arrival and when you leave nice clean facility also noticed the constant cleaning and sanitizing going on, The Manager is doing a Great job hiring a nice friendly staff I haven't been to any other locations but if your having any issue send the Manager over there to show them how to run a professional business

Been going there since march of this year and every time I go there they great you and make you feel welcomed. The equipment is well kept and fixed if material is torn. I don't know how many times fabric has torn on one of the machines and it was fixed no less than a week later. Considering I've been to a few gyms, this is by far the cleanest. Wipes are everywhere to wipe after use. People there are nice and a clean. Love it there so far.

Fitness 19 in Covina is way affordable, and has tons of cardio machines and a decent amount of weight machines and free weights. Exactly what I need, without unnecessary bells and whistles that other gyms have but charge you literally $50 MORE for.

Such a headache dealing with some trainers. Trainers are not always available at times clients want. Contracts are not clear I only wanted 5 sessions for a trainers and there was alot more sessions added. Not satisfied.

I have been a member for some quite time and I can say that the gym is always clean and I see the best worker ever who always has an amazing smile on her face and always ready to help anyone: destinee! She honestly talks to all memebers and is an awesome part of the gym!

Cool gym. $50 cancelation fee.
